Allah was not omniscient
Satyarth Prakash
11. "And when we said unto the angels, worship Adam, they all worshipped him except Eblis (Satan), who refused, and was puffed up with pride and became of the number of the unbelievers." [Surah 2: 34]
C. ~ This indicates that the Mohammedan God was not Omniscient i.e., He was not cognizant of the three periods of time - the past, the present, and future. Had he been Omniscient, He would not have created Satan. Nor was God All-powerful, since when Satan deliberately refuse to obey Him he could do nothing against him. Now if only one infidel (Satan), could trouble God so much as to render Him helpless what will He and His votaries do when they will have to cope with millions (according to their own belief) of infidels? God increased infirmity in some and let others astray. He must have learnt such things from Satan and Satan from God.
The Response
The translation of the English Satyarth Prakash is misleading. A more correct translation of Surah 2:34 is
And We said to the angels: "Bow down to Adam" and they all bowed down, except Iblis: he refused and was haughty: He was of the unbelievers.
Swamiji, actually these verses depict the Omniscience of Allah, for it was Allah who taught Adam (peace be upon him) the names of all things (verse 31). That knowledge gave humans an edge over the world around them, i.e. land, oceans, mountains, elements of earth, animals, birds and what not. Still this knowledge of humans is nothing compared to Allah's knowledge. When Allah, at the time of Adam's creation, informed the angels of the knowledge superiority of humans, it clearly shows that Allah knew the future of how far humans would reach by the application of their knowledge. Humans control natural forces which many Hindus worship as their gods, i.e. Fire, Air, Water, Soil, Stones, etc. The Quran thus reveals the fallacy of those who take them as gods besides Allah.
The issue of Satan
By creating Satan, how is it implied that Allah is not Omniscient? If this line of argument is followed, then why did Ishwar create Jainees, who according to Swamiji, were the founders of idol worship? Swamiji himself writes in Satyarth Prakash
"The fact is that idol-worship with all its attendant evils originated with the Jainees and, therefore, the Jain religion is at the root of all fraud." [Satyarth Prakash, Chapter 12, No. 31, Page 561]
Why did Ishwar create the Raksahas (demons)? Why did He create people who wrote the puranas who, according to Swamiji, corrupted the Aryavarta (the abode of Aryas)? Why did He create Muslims who responded to each and every allegation of Swamiji? Why did Ishwar create so many other things which harmed the Vedic religion according to you? Was your Ishwar not Omniscient?
Allah has created everything with a glorious scheme and purpose. In that glorious scheme, the place of Satan is full of wisdom. In this world too we find good and bad influences. Satan is also merely major bad influence. Satan has no power to coerce humans to disbelieve. On the Day of Judgment, Satan will address the wicked as follows,
And Satan will say when the matter has been concluded, "Indeed, Allah had promised you the promise of truth. And I promised you, but I betrayed you. But I had no authority over you except that I invited you, and you responded to me. So do not blame me; but blame yourselves. I cannot be called to your aid, nor can you be called to my aid. Indeed, I deny your association of me [with Allah ] before. Indeed, for the wrongdoers is a painful punishment." [Surah Ibraheem 14: Ayah 22]
Allah has even showed us the ways in which we can avoid the satanic influence on us. An effective way to protect oneself from the satanic influence is to remember and worship Allah very often. Again, Satan admits his own lack of power to distract humans from the true path in the following words,
[Iblees] said, "By your might, I will surely mislead them all. Except, among them, Your chosen servants (faithful and obedient)." [Surah Sad 38: Ayah 82, 83]
To make it easy for us to understand, take the analogy of poison. Allah created poison as well as its cure. Likewise, He created Satan but even told us the cure, which is servitude to Allah by following the path of His Prophets.
For Swamiji to say that God is powerless before Satan just because He granted him respite is illogical. There are billions of people who do not believe in the Vedas and consider them a source of Idol worship, but still God provides them food, air, water, etc to survive. If we reverse the question on you that is your Ishwar helpless against them, what would you say?
Let us now turn to the Vedas on the question of evil. Swamiji has not even understood his own Vedas properly as will be clear very soon.
The Yajur Veda mentions in Chapter 30 how Ishwar created various professions of the sinner and the saints. For example, it says

4. We call on him distributer of wondrous bounty and of wealth, on Savitar who looks on men.
5. For Brahman (Priesthood) he binds a Brahman to the stake; for Kshatra (Royalty) a Râjanya; for the Maruts a Vaisya; for Penance a Sûdra; for Darkness a robber; for Hell a homicide or a man who has lost his consecrated fire; for Misfortune a eunuch; for Venality an Ayogû; for Kâma (erotic love) a harlot; for Excessive Noise a Mâgadha.
[Yajur Veda Adhyay 30: Mantras 4, 5]
The Mantras are saying, that like a Brahmin who has been created for Preisthood, Ishwar has also created the harlot for pastime and Kama (erotic love), thus giving legitimacy to it. For all jobs He has created the people, according to these mantras of the Vedas. According to the Hindu conception, the harlot has been made a harlot depending on her deeds in the previous birth. Why will an omnipotent Ishwar (?) create or allow such a profession, which is a source of misguidance for millions?
From these professions, the good and the evil, mentioned in this chapter of Yajur Veda, there can be three reasons why evil professions exist:
1. Either God does not want to stop evil, or
2. He wants to stop evil but is unable to stop it,or
3. There is some wisdom in allowing them for some time
Now I leave it to Arya Samaj to answer these questions. When they will respond only then do they deserve to ask us.
On infirmity, leading astray and learning from Satan
Swamiji has unnecessarily used offensive language in his questions concerning God. Regarding the objection of increasing infirmity and leading astray, please see our Response 6. Also listen to this prayer made to Ishwar (Agni), asking Ishwar not to corrupt the path of the foolish. It implies that Ishwar does corrupt the path, i.e. leads astray.

O Ishwar, corrupt not the pathways of the foolish. [Rig Veda Mandal 7; Sukt 4; Mantra 7]
And Ishwar steals too (?)

Slay us not, Indra; do not thou forsake us: steal not away the joys which we delight in. Rend not our unborn brood, strong Lord of Bounty! our vessels with life that is within them. [Rig Veda Mandal 1; Sukt 104; Mantra 8]
Swamiji, who is teaching Ishwar to steal?
This ends our 11th response. New points may be incorporated.
